Final pricing is confirmed only after consultation and mutual agreement
An advance payment is mandatory before starting any project
Payments are accepted through secure online payment gateways such as Razorpay

4. Project Scope & Timelines

Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are finalized before work begins
Any additional features or changes requested after project approval may result in extra charges and timeline revisions
Delays caused due to lack of content, approvals, or communication from the client are not the responsibility of Webixo

5. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy
Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started
No refunds will be provided for completed or partially completed work

6. Digital Delivery

All services and deliverables are provided digitally via email, Google Drive, website access, or other online platforms
No physical products are shipped

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate information, content, and approvals on time
Cooperate during the project lifecycle
Make payments as agreed

Webixo will not be responsible for delays or issues arising due to client-side negligence.

8. Third-Party Services

Webixo may use or integrate third-party tools, software, plugins, hosting, or platforms.
We are not responsible for the performance, downtime, or policy changes of such third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

All project materials remain the property of Webixo until full payment is received
After full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing
Webixo reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes

10. Limitation of Liability

Webixo shall not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential loss
Business loss, revenue loss, or data loss
Issues arising from third-party platforms or services

All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

11. Termination of Services

Webixo reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

Payments are delayed or not made
The client violates these Terms & Conditions
Any misuse or unlawful activity is detected

12. Changes to Terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
